Visit the castle fort that dates from 1558, stroll through the Palm Grove Park in the old town, or chill out bird spotting by the sea at Santa Pola•s nature reserve. Further down the coast lies Guardamar del Segura, a haven for the lovers of natural beauty. Spend the day relaxing on the 14-kilometre stretch of fine sandy beaches, many of which have been awarded the coveted 'Blue Flag'. For those stunning views hike through the Dunas de Guardamar, an 840 hectare forest park, or enjoy a walk in the Reina Sofia Park with its lakes, waterfalls and hiking trails, designed especially to show you the most beautiful sights. Followed by a visit to the Castle of Guardamar. Toreevieja has become one of the most popular locations for home buying in the last 20 years, and it is easy to see why. A boat trip along the coastline is one of the best ways to view the little towns, magnificent white beaches and the picturesque medieval tower that have given the region its name.

There is plenty to keep you occupied in Torrevieja. If you are feeling energetic, you can play tennis, golf, bowls or boules. Alternatively, take in a little history, shop in fashionable boutiques or just watch the world go by from a pavement cafe. The choice is yours here in paradise!
